Affiliate marketing is great because marketers like you and me are free of shipping and storage costs for products we are trying to sell. Affiliate marketing is a program in which vendors compensate third party websites for directing traffic to their own sites in the hopes they will ultimately sell a product. If you've ever tried to sell anything you know that sometimes selling takes some creativity.
My method of generating traffic involves first generating content. Affiliate marketing programs will supply ads for websites and blogs on just about any topic so long as it is generating traffic. The more content your website contains, the more likely random surfers are to stumble across your site.
Start "powerblogging." Powerblogging involves starting "x" number of websites or blogs a day until a desired number of pages is reached and make sure that they are all updated regularly. The more content you have, the more space you can use to sell.
